By signing the Membership Application (“Application”) when applying for membership, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement, including the Funds Availability Policy, the Rate and Fee Schedule accompanying this agreement, DEXSTA Federal Credit Union’s Bylaws and Account Policies, which collectively govern your Membership and Accounts. You agree that additional accounts and services you request in the future will be governed by this agreement, as amended from time to time.

Whenever you see “Credit Union,” or “DEXSTA” it means DEXSTA Federal Credit Union. The words “we,” “us” and “our” mean DEXSTA Federal Credit Union. When you see the words “you” and “your,” they mean those who sign the Membership Application as authorized signers or business owners. The word “account” means any one or more share or deposit accounts you have with DEXSTA Federal Credit Union, including, but not limited to, Savings (Share) Accounts, Checking (Share Draft) Accounts and Share Certificate Accounts, as applicable. This agreement is a contract of deposit, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you by DEXSTA Federal Credit Union.
The Basics: Whenever you see “Credit Union,” it means DEXSTA Federal Credit Union. When you see the words “you” and “your,” they mean those who sign the Membership Application as applicants or joint account owners.
