This Master Services Agreement and its Exhibits (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on January 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Partnership HealthPlan of California (“Partnership”), a public entity contracted with the Department of Health Care Services (“DHCS”), and subject to the California Public Records Act, and County of Placer dba Placer County (“Community Supports Provider”, or “Provider”), individually the “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
