This agreement entered into this 19th day of August, 2009, by and between the Genesee Unit of Local 10 MEA-NEA (or its successor MEA affiliated organization), a Michigan corporation hereinafter called the Association, affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the MEA, and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the NEA, and school district of Genesee, the township of Genesee, Michigan, hereinafter called the Board, the signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
