THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of December, 2023, between the Village of Oak Park, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”), and Terra Engineering, Ltd., an Illinois limited liability corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”). The Village and the Consultant may, at times, be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
