Authors may choose the Open Access option by which to publish their article by signing this agreement. For authors choosing the Open Access option, it is hereby agreed that the Contribution will be offered for re-use under the terms of a Creative Commons license to be specified here below by the corresponding author. (Please note - it is essential that ONE of the two options given below is selected)
