THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of , 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and among CSAC-Livfree LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Service Company”), and LIVFREE WELLNESS LLC, a Nevada limited liability company on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto (each, a “Subsidiary” and collectively with LivFree Wellness, LLC, the “Company”). The Company and the Service Company are at times referred to herein in individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
