This Contract is entered into between Region III Education Service Center (“Region III ESC”) and Vendor, having submitted a response to RFP # 3-165-17 issued by Purchasing Cooperative of America (“PCA, “Cooperative””) and whose response has been accepted and awarded by Region III Education Service Center. Any exceptions to the Terms and Condition must be noted on the Compliance and Exceptions Form, or on pages attached to the Form. Responses that are qualified with conditional clauses, items not called for, or other irregularities may be considered non-responsive by Region III ESC/PCA and eliminated from further consideration.
