WHEREAS, The City of Wichita (the “City”) is the owner of the community facility known as “Century II,” and has agreed to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding with Music Theatre of Wichita, Inc. (MTW) to set forth certain terms and conditions upon which the City is willing to enter into leases and certain related arrangements, concerning the office space currently occupied by MTW at Century II, and also performance space and certain ancillary facilities regularly used by MTW in rehearsing and staging its performances at Century II; and,
