THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between THE GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT, a local district and political subdivision of the state of Utah (“District”), and SALT LAKE COUNTY, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the state of Utah (“County”). The District and County are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
