AMENDMENT NO. 3Interpreter Services Contract • September 22nd, 2021
The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Hancock, Jahn, Lee, & Puckett LLC (“Contractor” and also referred to in this Amendment as “Assignor”), who are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” to that certain Interpreter Services Contract that was effective August 3, 2016 and formerly denominated as DARS Contract No. 538-16-0096- 0000000000017 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
