This document contains the Terms of Service for your purchase of electricity from MI Texas REP 1 LLC, dba Flagship Power (“Flagship” or the “Company”), as well as terms and conditions relating to your purchase of non- commodity products from Company, including Company solar products, as applicable, and will be referred to as the (or these) “TOS” or “Terms of Service”. The contract governing your purchase of residential electricity from Company is comprised of these TOS, an Electricity Facts Label (“EFL”) that describes in further detail the product you have chosen, and Your Rights as a Customer (the “YRAC”) which sets forth your general rights as a residential customer purchasing electric service in Texas and your enrollment or renewal documentation. These documents collectively create your “Contract” with Company and form a legally binding document.
