This document contains the Terms of Service for your purchase of electricity from MI Texas REP 1 LLC, dba Flagship Power (“Flagship” or the “Company”), as well as terms and conditions relating to your purchase of non- commodity products from Company, including Company solar products, as applicable, and will be referred to as the (or these) “TOS” or “Terms of Service”.
