Amendment to the Agreement BetweenAmendment to the Agreement • August 12th, 2008
Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), NuVox Communications, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as successor in interest by merger with FDN, LLC (“FDN LLC”) d/b/a FDN Communications (which was successor in interest by prior merger with Florida Digital Network, Inc. (“Florida Digital”) d/b/a FDN Communications) and as successor by separate merger with Southern Digital Network, Inc. (“Southern Digital”) d/b/a FDN Communications) (collectively, “NuVox”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Alabama, AT&T Kentucky, AT&T Louisiana, AT&T Mississippi, AT&T North Carolina, AT&T South Carolina and AT&T Tennessee (“AT&T”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated September 1, 2006 (“Agreement”) to be effective upon the date of the last signature executing the Amendment (“Effective Date”).
