THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement” and/or “License”) is approved and entered into as of this day of , 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between SOUTH PASADENA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a California public school district duly organized and existing under Chapter 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Education Code of the State of California (“LICENSOR”) and MOSAIC CHURCH, a California nonprofit corporation (“LICENSEE”).
