THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Lease”), is executed by and between the City of Yakima, a Washington State municipal corporation (hereinafter “LESSOR”) and Transform Yakima Together, a public benefit corporation registered with the State of Washington and a religious organization pursuant to RCW 35.21.915 (hereinafter “LESSEE”.)
