This Transit Services Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2023 (“Effective Date”) entered into by and between the VENTURA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (hereinafter “COMMISSION” and also “VCTC”) and MV TRANSPORTATION, INC., a California corporation (hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”). For the purposes of this Agreement, the COMMISSION and CONTRACTOR shall be jointly referred to as “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
