NEW ENGLAND DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION does not warrant that this plan is buildable on delivery. All NEW ENGLAND DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION stock plans should be reviewed by a local architect, structural engineer, and/or certified general contractor to verify compliance to local codes, snow loading, seismic and soil conditions, energy requirements, and all other regulations prior to commencing construction. Purchaser consumes all responsibility for any modifications made to the plans and agrees not to hold NEW ENGLAND DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION liable for any problems resulting from the construction, erection, or use of projects produced using plans purchased from NEW ENGLAND DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION.
