Net Metering Interconnection Agreement The customer will be enrolled in the Net Metering Program beginning the billing period following that in which this completed Net Metering InterconnectionAgreement is received by FortisBC. Please send this form to the approver of your Net Metering application (or to electricity.customerservice@fortisbc.com). Customer sign-off The signing of this document by the customer signifies that the customer:1. Has read all rules and regulations stated by FortisBC in their document ‘Guidelines for Operating, Metering, and Protective Relaying for Net Metered Systems up to 50 kW and voltages below 750 Volts’ and is willing to comply with the rules, regulations and terms of use outlined in this document.2. Certifies that the facility to be interconnected has been installed to his/her satisfaction, and that the customer has been given any system warranty information, operating manuals, as well as instructions on the safe operation of the facility.3.
