THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the _17th day of April by and between KEAN UNIVERSITY, having an address at 1000 Morris Avenue, Union, New Jersey 07083 (hereinafter referred to as “University”) and Newark Board of Education, having an address at 765 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07102(hereinafter referred to as “District” or the “Board”).
