This License agreement (this “Agreement”) sets out the terms relating to the grant of a License in certain intellectual property in Artist DNA as embodied in a collection of digital collectable tokens using the ERC- 721 token standard, which is more commonly known as non-fungible tokens (“Artist DNA Digital Collectibles”). Artist DNA Digital Collectibles have been minted via a smart contract deployed by the Creator on the Polygon blockchain at the Token Contract address stated on the cover page of the Agreement (the “Smart Contract”). Artist DNA Digital Collectibles contain metadata which are associated with digital assets created by the Creator (as defined below) that include Artist DNA (the “Assets”). For the purposes of this Agreement, the “Licensed Digital Collectible Assets” refers to the Assets (in their entirety) specifically, directly, and identifiably associated with the Artist DNA Digital Collectibles owned by you in totality and not any individual component of the Assets.
