FiledDecember 5th, 2016This Agreement is entered into by the parties on behalf of the City of Dana Point, hereinafter known as "the City," and the Dana Point Employees Association, hereinafter known as "the Association," in accordance with the provisions of Section 3500-3510 of the California Government Code, otherwise known as the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act, and the Employer- Employee Relations Resolution of the City of Dana Point, for the period of time commencing January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2018. Representatives of the City and Dana Point City Employee Association (DPEA) have met and conferred in good faith regarding wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, in order to provide harmonious relations, cooperation and understanding between the City and its employees. All provisions of this agreement are effective upon adoption by the City Council unless otherwise specified.
