The Columbarium at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, hereafter referred to as “the Church”, has built a Columbarium to provide niches for the inurnment of Eligible Persons (as defined below). This contract is designed to ensure the parties to this contract have a full understanding of the responsibilities of each party and to assure that the placement of cremated remains is reverent and orderly.
