This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and any business entity, non-profit organization or governmental organization for which you work or which you otherwise represent (“Licensee” or “you”), on the one hand, and IPConfigure, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Licensor”), on the other, governing the use of certain software programs (the “Software”) for which Licensee is purchasing a license, and the manuals or other materials provided by Licensor, in printed, electronic or other form, that describe the installation, operation, use or technical specifications of the Software (the “Documentation”).
