This Software as a Service (“Saas”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and accompanying Sales Order(s) (collectively, the “Agreement”) are entered into between Manis Technology Inc., a company incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada (“Manis”) and the Customer indicated on the Sales Order, and are effective as of the Effective Date of the Sales Order. Manis and Customer are referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”. Any capitalized term used but not defined in these Terms has the meaning ascribed to it in the Sales Order(s).
