This document confirms that the Engager contracts the services of the individual Musicians severally, and that the individual Musicians sever- ally, through the representation of the Leader, agree to render collectively to the Engager their services as musicians according to the terms and conditions set out herein and as further specified in Schedule 1 (on Side 2 hereof or as attached).
