This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is hereby entered into as of AUGUST 16, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the COUNTY OF LEE, ILLINOIS (“Lee County”), COUNTY OF OGLE, ILLINOIS (“Ogle County” and together with Lee County, the “Counties”) and the REAGAN MASS TRANSIT DISTRICT (“RMTD”). Lee County, Ogle County and RMTD are hereinafter referred to, collectively, as the “Parties”.
