This agreement is made and entered into on July 20, 2006 between the School Board of Clay County (SBCC) and the First Coast Family Center for a specific working agreement between the First Coast Family Center and Wilkinson Junior High, Wilkinson Elementary School, Clay Hill Elementary School and Grove Park Elementary School which are identified as Full Service Schools facilities. Additional Full Service Schools targeted for school linked services may be included as funds and/ or time are available.
