THIS CUSTODY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated , 2014 is made by and among the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg (the “Agency”), the Contra Costa County Auditor-Controller (the “Auditor-Controller”) and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association, as custodian hereunder (the “Custodian”).
