This is a License Agreement (hereafter referred to as an Agreement) between the individual student and, if the student is a minor, his or her parent(s) or guardian(s) and Baker College. It is for the indicated academic year, fall and spring semesters and entitles the student to the use of the assigned College residence hall only in such manner as set forth herein and in accordance with the regulations of the College as specified in the Residence Hall Policy. This Agreement can be terminated only under conditions specified herein.
