A minimum $100.00 deposit is required to secure services for any specified date (photo booth requires additional $100 deposit). The deposit is non- refundable. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the balance, 60 days 75% and 30 days 100%, less the deposit. Changes to this policy and/or refunds will be at the sole discretion of the THE DJ GUY. Installment payments are limited to no more than FOUR payments. Neither THE DJ GUY nor any of its associates shall be held liable for any loss or liability as a result of the services performed. THE DJ GUY will not hold customer responsible for any loss or liability, which may occur to the disc jockey or equipment, unless caused by blatant or malicious wrong doing by customer or their guests. If the event is to be held outdoors, customer is responsible for providing adequate shelter from the elements. The DJ assigned to your event is based on availability and package type. Stand
