THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of 2022, by and between the Sheriff of Klamath County, jointly with the Klamath County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter known as “Klamath County”) and the Town of Bonanza, an Incorporated town within Klamath County, State of Oregon (hereinafter known as “Town of Bonanza”).
