This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of Cochise Credit Union’s mobile remote deposit capture services that Cochise Credit Union or its partners may provide to you (“you,” or “User”). Other agreements you have en- tered into with Cochise Credit Union, including the Important Account Information for Our Members, including Terms and Conditions, Electronic Funds Transfers, Funds Availability and Truth-In Savings agreements and disclosures govern- ing your Cochise Credit Union account, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
