THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO is being made to Service Agreement No. 2022-006924 dated 9/20/2021, (the “Agreement”) between OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY on behalf of its Center for Applied Systems and Software (CASS) (“OSU”), and the City of Yachats (“Purchaser”), each a “Party” and jointly the “Parties.” Except for the terms contained in this Amendment Number Two, and any other amendments, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
