¶1. The City of Waterbury (City) recognizes Local 818 of Council 4, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (Union) as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the regular full-time and regular part-time administrative and supervisory employees who are covered by this Agreement, as listed in Schedule A for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
