This is a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Merced and United Public Employees (UPE), Unit 3, a Certified Employee Organization, and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the County and the members of UPE, and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for those employees in classifications represented by UPE, Unit 3 – General Administrative Support.
