The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and The University of Texas at Austin (“UT Austin”), each a “Party” (and collectively the “Parties”) to that certain Interagency Cooperation Contract for design and construction services at the Austin State Hospital that was effective February 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000097000002, as previously amended (the “Contract”), now desire to further amend the Contract.
