This User Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between the Department of Kentucky State Police, (KSP), and (User Agency). The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the User Agency’s responsibility when receiving, accessing, and utilizing, criminal history record information and to ensure the confidentiality of this information consistent with applicable guidelines and statutory mandates.
