This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY, an institution of higher education and an agency of the state of Washington, hereinafter referred to as "WSU," and UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY, an institution of higher education and an agency of the state of Utah, hereinafter referred to as “USU”, for the purpose of creating the Washington and Utah Cooperative Program in Veterinary Medical Education, hereinafter referred to as the “WU” or "WU Program.” WSU and USU may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
