This Data Processing Agreement defines the rights and obligations of customer (“Customer”, “Data Controller” or “Data Exporter”) and SmartRecruiters (“Data Processor” or “Data Importer”) regarding the processing of Customer’s Personal Data in connection with the Services (as hereinafter defined) provided by SmartRecruiters. It shall apply to all activities within the scope of and related to the Main Agreement in the context of which SmartRecruiters may process Customer’s Personal Data.
