South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), as the holder of the current license for the Saluda Hydroelectric Project (Project)(FERC No. 516), hereby files the following Offer of Settlement Agreement pursuant to Rule 602 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) 18 C.F.R. § 385.602 (2008). This Settlement Agreement has been entered into among SCE&G and Saluda Hydro Relicensing Stakeholders. Moreover, the parties to the Settlement Agreement request that the Commission incorporate the obligations and agreements as illustrated in Appendix A without material modification into the terms and conditions of the New License.
