Definitions and Interpretation: In this Contract: Contract means (in order of priority) a Purchase Order issued by JPR; any schedules and attachments to a Purchase Order; and these Purchase Order Terms (or alternatively the terms of a JPR Standing Agreement with the Supplier, if applicable) (Terms). GST means any goods and services tax, value added tax or sales tax imposed on the sale or supply of goods, services and rights. Product means any goods and/or services supplied under this Contract.
