This Gas Gathering and Compression Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 29, 2018 (the “Execution Date”) but deemed effective as of January 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Diamondback E&P LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Producer”) and Rattler Midstream LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Gatherer”).
