The parties to this Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) agree that Pitney Bowes Ireland Limited (“Service Provider”) provides its Mailstream on Demand product to you (the “Client”) pursuant to an underlying agreement (the “Agreement”). The parties also agree that the Addendum sets forth their obligations with respect to processing Personal Data, as defined herein, carried out by Service Provider in connection with services (the “Services”) provided to Client pursuant to the Agreement.
