This Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is between you (“You” or “Merchant”) and EzSwype Business Solutions Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Sh. J.P. Tower, 2nd Floor, Building No. 1164/1, New Railway Road, Opp. Fire Station, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001 ("EzSwype”) shall govern your use of EzSwype’s Equipment(s) and Service(s). These Terms and Conditions are deemed to be incorporated in the Merchant Service Agreement executed between You and the EzSwype and shall be valid and binding in respect of each and every transaction involving payment by means of a Valid Card in accordance with the Terms and
