This PSA sets forth the general terms and conditions under which Customer may periodically engage EMC to provide certain professional, educational/training, operational and technical services (“Professional Services”) on a project basis pursuant to a Statement of Work (“SOW”) to be entered into between EMC and Customer for each engagement.
