In connection with the 2021 CCCC Virtual Annual Convention (the “Convention”), I, (“Speaker”) have agreed to participate in a panel or give a presentation or speech. The copyright in my contributions to the Convention, including the content of my panel’s comments, presentations, speeches and any written materials, presentations, or videos, are collectively referred to herein as the “Works”). I represent that I am the author of the Works, or am authorized to grant the rights on behalf of the author, (“Author”).
