THIS SCHEDULE 2003A-2 (the “Schedule 2003A-2”) is hereby entered into under and pursuant to that certain Master Lease Purchase Agreement dated as of July 1, 1990, as amended as of December 20, 2000 (the “Master Lease”), pursuant to which the Corporation has agreed to lease purchase unto the School Board and the School Board has agreed to lease purchase from the Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Lease incorporated herein, the Series 2003A-2 Facilities herein described. The Trustee, as assignee of the Corporation, hereby demises, and leases to the School Board, and the School Board hereby hires, takes and leases from the Corporation, the Series 2003A-2 Facilities described herein.
