This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Drake Software, LLC (“Provider”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of the Drake Portals file transfer service (the "Service") made available to Customer by Provider. By signing up for an account and/or using the Service, Customer agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
