This SHAZAM® BOLT$™ Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your enrollment in the SHAZAM® BOLT$™ mobile banking application (the “Service”) offered through Iowa State Bank (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Service and indicating your acceptance of this Agreement during the enrollment process, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as may be amended from time to time.
