This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the City of North Royalton (hereinafter “the City”), being a municipal corporation in and political subdivision of the State of Ohio (“State”) and duly organized and validly existing under the Constitution and Laws of the State and Corey Flowers, an attorney at law licensed in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court (hereinafter “City Public Defender”).
