This agreement is between CyFIR, a Delaware limited liability company (CyFIR), and the Customer agreeing to these terms (Customer), effective as of the date of the last signature below. The CyFIR software, modifications, enhancements, documentation, and license keys provided to Customer (Software) are licensed and are not sold.
